After 20 years in youth ministry, TJ answered God’s call to minister to families. He and his wife, Laura, are blessed to have a ministry that focuses on equipping families of all shapes and styles to thrive in their God-given roles.

Not having grown up in church, TJ began attending Trinity at age 16 after a few faithful people began to invest in him. He was saved at age 17. It was in the youth group at Trinity that TJ met the love of his life. Laura grew up in church and was saved at the age of 10.

After surrendering to the ministry in the summer of 2000, TJ and Laura attended Arlington Baptist College in pursuit of God’s calling upon their life. TJ graduated in 2003, and they got married that summer. Laura graduated as Valedictorian in 2004. TJ served as the youth pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, TX, for two years before the opportunity to come home to Trinity in 2006.

TJ and Laura have a son, Andrew, and two daughters, Addison and Audrey.
